Data Deletion

You have multiple ways to request deletion of your Revol account and any data we hold about you, including data received from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

Facebook Data Deletion Callback URL

This is the technical callback URL Meta uses to notify Revol when a user removes the app from their Facebook settings. You do not need to use it directly — Facebook calls it automatically.

Option 1 — Self-service from Settings (recommended)

  • Log in at revol-ai.app/login
  • Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Confirm your password
  • We delete all account data within 30 days

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to revol.pro.official@gmail.com from the address registered to your Revol account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Removal via Facebook Settings

If you connected Revol via Facebook (Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and you remove our app from your Facebook settings:

  • Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  • Find "Revol" and click Remove
  • Facebook automatically notifies Revol of the removal. We delete the corresponding integration tokens and Meta-derived data within 30 days

Confirmation of deletion

When Facebook notifies us of a removal we generate a confirmation code. You can verify the deletion status at https://revol-ai.app/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE. If you want written confirmation, email revol.pro.official@gmail.com 30 days after the request and we will respond.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile and credentials
  • Knowledge base content (products, documents, links, text snippets, media)
  • AI agent configurations and workflows
  • Conversation messages, transcripts, and analytics
  • Vector embeddings
  • Channel integration tokens (Meta page tokens, WhatsApp tokens, Telegram bot tokens, telephony API keys, Google OAuth tokens)

What we retain (and why)

  • Billing records — retained up to 7 years to comply with Ukrainian tax law
  • Audit logs — minimal logs (timestamp, action, hashed user ID) retained 12 months for security and abuse investigation
  • Encrypted backups — rotated out within 30 days of deletion
