Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Revol.ai is a sales-process management platform that combines human teams with AI agents across communication channels. The Service includes a website widget, AI agent runtime, knowledge base, workflow editor, analytics, and integrations with messengers, telephony providers, and CRMs.

The Service is currently in closed beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change without notice during the beta period.

2. Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to register
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account
• You may invite team members; they become bound by these Terms upon acceptance

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates messaging platform policies (Meta, Telegram, etc.)
• Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringing
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to train AI models that compete with Revol

4. Customer Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service
• You grant Revol a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents from end-customers whose data you route through Revol, including consents required by GDPR, Meta's Platform Terms, and applicable laws

5. Third-Party Platforms

Use of integrations (Meta, Google, telephony, CRM) is also subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Add-on packs (tokens, voice minutes, storage) are consumed in real time and recharged automatically only with your explicit consent
• Annual plans may be refunded pro rata within the first 14 days; other refunds are at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

The Revol.ai platform, including all software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Revol.ai. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are abusive, or remain inactive for more than 12 months
• On termination we delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES MAY BE INCORRECT — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revol's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Revol is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Revol against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your residence applies.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
